Cancellation Policy

You can request a cancellation of your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided that our team has not already started processing your application. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

• If the service could not be delivered due to technical issues on our end.
• If you cancel the order within the stipulated time frame.

We do not provide refunds if your application is rejected by government authorities due to ineligibility or incorrect documents provided by you.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
